Joel Mercier, a New England based director & musician, started his career as a performer and member of Actors' Equity Association, before transitioning into music direction, composition, and eventually stage direction. Mercier is a graduate of the Hartt School of Music, Theatre, & Dance in Hartford, CT, and currently works all over the country as a theatre professional.
